Understaffed and no systems to manage the service customers needs.

Twice I've made an appointment only to arrive and not have the service advisor accessible, or in the most recent case, at work. I made the appointment the evening before, they knew he wouldn't be there so why allow your system to set the appointment?

Look for an alternative unless you like a frustrating experience.
