  Rob is very good at keeping customer up-to-date on what's happening. Looks for lowest priced part. Gives out a loaner if needed. Will use again.

  I have to say they are excellent - I mean the quality of the repair and the work and just everything. They have a loaner car. They wash your car before they send it back to you. They are just exceptionally, exceptionally good.

  I've always been treated there with the utmost courtesy. If I call and tell them I need a loaner car it is always available to me. I will go back there and recommend them to anybody. The lady who is the secretary, Donna, is very efficient. The owner, Bob is a very good person who takes very good care of me. One of the mechanics who I know, Carl, is a great person and I am very happy with the whole situation there. Anytime I call, they take care of me.

  I find him to be the most honest and professional car repairman and that is the only place that I will go to. He takes very good care of my Honda and he knows I love my Honda. I would recommend him to anyone and have already recommended him to everyone I know.

I understand that your visit was quite a few months back now, but customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities and I would love to hear back from you to get this matter resolved. From what I can tell from our records, we set you up on a payment plan where you were able to pay for the repairs in two installments. We did not hear anything resembling a complaint or problem during those transactions so I must admit that I was surprised to see your complaint some months later.   One thing they are really good at is: they'll go pick the car up from the parking lot, or from the driveway, or basically from wherever you ask or they will give you a ride to the bus stop and then they'll pick you up later or they'll pick up your car from your driveway or parking lot and drop it back off when they're done. I think that's a great service. That makes it so much easier.

  I've been a long time customer with Country Road. They know what they are doing. They aren't out to rip you off. And they are great when it comes to customer service (I work strange hours, and Country Road can leave my car out for pickup, actually pick up my car from my house, etc). I also really like to support my local businesses. Country Road makes that easy.

  Thank you so much for your honest assessment. We were told by the car dealer that we needed new brakes - but after your inspection, you said that indeed it was not necessary at this time. Honest, care repair
