    They quoted me an oil change to be 40 dollars, but I had to pay 80 dollars because they used a different kind of synthetic oil, that I didn't know they would have to use. It doubled the cost.

    The only thing that would have made the service better was getting a call from the shop to inform me my car was ready to pick up. I rememberd about 15 minutes before the shop closed & called and was informed that my car was ready. I felt I had to ask them to stay open since I wouldn't get there before they closed. They did (which was great!) but a call ahead of time would have been preferred.
