Question: Cost to Replace Valve cover gasket
Question
My Jag Dealer installed a brand new ignition coil for #3 cylinder to clear "Restricted Performance" light on my panel. They also told me that my valve cover gasket is leaking and I should change that part to prevent ignition coil form going bad. My Q, should I replace both sides or just the defective side and what should be reasonable price if done at a non Jaguar service station?.

MasterI'd recommend finding a Jag specialist and do both covers. The car is 11 years old and valve cover gaskets tend to leak.
