Question: cost to replace oil pan gasket and valve and estimated time it takes to do so

What should I expect to pay to replace oil pan gasket (valve broken) parts, labor separate and oil change? How long should I expect the job to take? Thank you.

    The oil pan really has nothing to do with the valve replacement. The cylinder head needs to be removed to replace valve(s).
    We need some clarifications.
