Question: Cost to have an internal parking sensor changed in a 2003 745LI Transmission

Car starts up fine but when you put it in drive it went back to park, then it went to nutral,visual inspection has oil leaking from valve cover gasket but dry under pan of transmission. also cost of valve cover gasket/
