PRice for part is $35-51. Yet the cost to replace is $570-735. So much labor to replace such an item. Can yyou explain this a bit?

The price for the timing belt alone is inexpensive but other additional parts that should be considered to be replaced at this time are both camshaft seals, the crankshaft seal, the water pump and coolant timing belt idler and tensioner bearing assembly, all these things taking into consideration the repair will run about $700, perhaps add time to replace water pump.
