Question: cost of replacing Idler Pulley

I currently have a quote of 550 in parts to replace an idler pulley. From my research it seems that this part is at most $50. Am I missing something in this search?

    I show the serpentine fan belt tensioner Mercedes part #1132020319 costs over $400 try www.rockauto.com see if they list a tensioner for your car.
