Cost estimate for replacement of rear brakes, calipers and roters

    I assume that your Passat is not All Wheel drive. Each Caliper lists for $260 each rotor lists for $70 and a set of good rear pads is $70. It takes about 2 hours to do the, job
    unless there is a lot of rust and bolts are frozen.

    so $750 for parts, which includes some brake fluid and about $180 labor. I have done a lot of VW work, so I feel pretty confident about this estimate.

    its not that hard to change these things out, so why so much? also i drive a hyndai sante fe, and i priced my calipers at auto zone for $70.00 each
