Question: Cost of light replacement

My BMW dealer (Hassel BMW in Freeport NY) claims the price to replace the front parking (parking not headlight) lamp bulb is $245.00. They claim they have to remove the headlight assembly to replace the bulb. Does this make sense?

    I looked up the time to replace this and my book shows 1.7 hours plus the bulb So its about right
