I've been told I have a valve cover rear gasket leak and will cost approximately $450. After looking at your website this is high, but am wondering if that's including a valve adjustment, too. How much should I expect to pay for the valve adjustment and the valve cover gasket to be replaced? Can you please break out the price - just the valve adjustment and then just the valve cover gasket?
Thank you
N~

Your 2003 Ford Taurus uses hydraulic valve adjusters, no valve adjustment is necessary. I cannot explain the higher price quote. I would recommend to speak with the repair shop regarding their estimate.
