Corrosion can form at the grounding points near the battery. There may be electrical faults and the engine may crank but not start.

BASICALLY, MY CAR WILL START WHEN IT WANTS TO. IT DOSENT REALLY RUN ROUGH OR ANYTHING, SOMETIMES, IT JUST WONT START. AND SOMETIMES IT WILL. HOW MUCH WILL SOMETHING LIKE THIS COST ME TO FIX, ACCORDING TO WHAT I HAVE READ IT IS THE GROUND WIRES -
