Yes, if you service it at least once every 2 years and change the thermostat every 60k. Acura makes a stellar engine, but it is only as good as the maintenance.

I drive the same car and I've had to change my radiator once in the past 8 years that I owned the car. I'd say the cooling system is reliable if you maintain it properly like getting your radiator flushed and refilled at the proper mileage. Hope this helps
