appreciate the info!!!! I see those relays, but there is another main relay to the cooling fan thats suppose to be located under the fan itself attached to the frame or under one of the headlights screwed onto the frame, but before i take apart anything I want to know for sure where its at. The relays you explained are about $10, or $11 bucks, the one I need to replace cost me $44. So any info on that I'd really appreciate it>>> Thanks again

I just replaced mine on a 96 Grand Voyager. It's located beneath and behind the air box and you can get to it from the front top of the engine compartment. Remove the airbox(10mm and phillips for the clamps), then remove the filter box which pops out of the ducting. The relay is mounted underneath with two 8mm bolts and a nasty chrysler electrical connector. Carefully slide the orange tab BEFORE trying to remove the connection.
