Coolant bleeder housing replacement on 2004 Chrysler Sebring

Does the intake manifold need to be taken off to replace the coolant bleeder housing?

no, but it has to be released and lifted p high enough to get to the insdie bolt. Roy

How do you get to the inside bolt to remove and replace the coolant air bleeder? If you have to raise up the intake manifold, do you have to replace the gaskets?
I'd like to know if you can only get the part needed to replace the housing and valve at the Chrsyler dealership? Not at a salvage yard, out of another 2002 Chrysler Sebring?
