coolant on 2006 Toyota Tacoma

what is the best and proper coolant type and brand to use in my truck?

Toyota factory coolant for your specific year and model of your Truck. Get it form the dealer, that is what I do. It makes a big difference long term, because the additives are perfect for your engine and the bearing in your water pump. Change it every 30k or sooner.

especially never use Dexcool,it will ruin your cooling system

At higher mileages (125,00+) the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor may intermittently stop working, especially when the vehicle is fully warme... clean like i just change it and it a 5 speed and it filled up the overflow up with oil and coolant and goes everywhere
to add coolant about 1/2 gal. then ok for a while... plz advise???
...external temp guage and connected to excessing senser and the readout goes to 240 deg. Checked coolant temp in Radiator and it reads 185 deg. So it's not running hot.
