  When my car was supposed to be ready, the technician noticed that there was a small problem. He called our home late on a Friday night to make sure we didn't drive on in Saturday morning to pick it up until they had it fixed. Then they even drove it to our house afterwards. He saved us about two and a half hours on the road.

  I always take my vehicle to Convienence for oil changes and all other major repairs. They always do a great job and resolve the issue at hand. Customer service is friendly as well. My only complaint is an incident where I was charged a few hundred dollars for a diagnostic. I had a check engine light on which I ran a diagnostic myself to determine the error before taking to the shop. I encountered the same error code that they discovered which I explained when reporting the issue. I felt the cost of the diagnostic could have been waived considering my repeat business and referrals. I think it was unfair to charge a few hundred dollars to diagnose an engine code that I was able to discover for free and then pay for the repair itself. It was an isolated issue that I will be sure to ask about on the next repair. Overall, no complaints on the repairs and my car still drives great! Would do business again with Convienence. -G

  The Tyrell family has done a great job of maintaining my vehicles. They've been honest when it came to cost. I've had repairs done by them as well as mileage interval checks recommended by the manufacturer.

  The only downside is that I now live further out and it's harder for me to get to their shop in Manassas.
