To better get a grasp of this problem I need more info. Was the tire inspected for being out of round? Early signs of tire tread separation can cause this problem. Look at the tire tread and see if the surface of the tread is smooth, small raises in tread surface height are signs of separation.Were the torque thrust arm bushings replaced? Does this noise happen when braking hard? Were there marks on the tire, like liner for the fender flopping on to the tire when it is rotating, sometimes this occurs at higher speeds , but not low speeds.
