I just did the job this afternoon on my '99 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport 3.3. You need to take off the plastic cowling between the grill and the frame, the radiator fluid overflow bottle-to-frame screw, the box that goes to the aircleaner, one other screw near that, and 3 larger bolts on either side of the frame member above the radiator, and completely loosen the two screws that go through the rubber grommets holding the top of the radiator to the frame. Then you can lift the frame member just a little bit out of the way to get the upper hose clamp. I also took off three of the spark plug wires at the distributor so as not to damage them while removing the engine side hose clamp. A bit of a pain, but fortunately, nothing real tricky. I don't see a way around it.
