Conicelli Hyundai
Took my car there twice, with what I thought was a simple to diganose problem ; a shimmy in the front wheels and a strange noise on light bumps. Well, after replacing my rotors (not warrantied), then telling me I need new tires (not warrantied), they couldn't find the source of the noise but told me probably just needed some lube. Well, its eight months later, and I still have the noise. Took it to another Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the problem fairly quick as "needs sway bar links". Lo and behold, the links would have been covered eight months ago, but aren't now since they're 60K miles old and that's considered normal wear and tear. Found out the warranty would have covered the repair 8-9 months ago. Imagine my surprise.
