    I had to take my car in for regular 30K maintenance and also needed a new belt...when I got the estimate I couldn't afford it...the guy asked what I could afford and called me back to confirm he could do it for what I could actually pay. It was about a $50-$75 difference - when I paid it was even less! Now that is customer care!
