  Ken and his staff are very professional. Ken gave me an honest estimate and the work was performed well and in a reasonable amount of time. I trust him with all of my cars. Thanks for the great work Ken!

  I took my 2000 Buick Park Avenue into this shop to get an estimate on a right-side wheel bearing hub. I was not happy with the local buick dealer's quote so I asked (Ken) the owner at Concord Auto Service to provide me with a competitive quote.
  Ken told me he could do it for $400-$500 approximately, so based on this fair price, I asked Ken to repair this wheel for me. The local dealer quoted me $700-$800.
  In the past 3-4 years, I had the local buick dealer repair all of my maintenance issues including oil changes. From now on, I plan on using Concord Auto Service for all of my car repairs.
  Ken's excellent customer service, competitive pticing, and quick repair time has made it easier for me to feel confident that Ken knows what he's doing. I definitely recommend taking your car to this qualified repair shop for all of your domestic and foreign car needs.

  I had heard about Concord Auto Service from a few people I know and all have said great things about Ken and his company. When my car I recently got started having problems I knew that I wanted to take it to Ken. Ken is very honest and reliable. I thought I had a broken motor mount and turns out I did not and that one was just loose. He fixed it right up and did not need any parts. He even was able to help me with a ride to my work while my car was being worked on. I would definitely recommend Concord Auto Service to others and plan on using Ken for all my future mechanical needs.

  Ken from Concord Auto Service is the only mechanic I go to! The prices were more than fair and great customer service! When I couldn't go pick up my car in time he drove it to my house! That's just one of the many reasons why I only go to Ken. Any time I have a problem or a question I just call him and he is there ready to help! I recommend if you want great prices and honesty then go see Ken!

  This is a great shop. I work down the street at a parts store. I know that I can refer my coustomers to Ken because they will get honest and reliable auto service. I've had people come back and thank me for sending them to Ken.

  Want to take your vehicle to a dealer? THINK AGAIN. If you are not seeing Ken at Concord Auto Service, you are throwing away alot of extra money, and getting inferior service. This place is A-1, and Ken and his staff are a class act. They have been MORE THAN FAIR in terms of price, and have gone head and shoulders above any dealer I know when it comes to customer service. These guys are pros, and I trust this team with every ounce of my being. They are a car owner's dream...no runaround, no blind you with BS, no hassles. Call Concord Auto Service, when you need the best, call C.A.S.
