  I've always had my cars repaired there, there are three of them, I've had them repaired there, them and the other cars, since before it was Concord, back when it was Firestone, a lot of the same guys work there, for probably fifteen years. They are extremely fair, because of the fact that I've had repairs there that they couldn't exactly fix, and there was no charge. They are always very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, and very willing to share anything with me if I might have any questions.

  We have a fairly long relationship with Concord Auto Repair, it used to be called J&B Auto, they give us a quote for the repair, and about 99 percent the repair is exactly what they said, and the quote was what they said. If there are problems with the repair after we get the car back, we take it back, and they make it right, no additional cost. We will continue to use them.
