I took my car in because it was not running right. He looked it over and told me I needed a fuel pump. He put it in and I picked it up and the charge was outrageous, I never got a written estimate. I come to pick the car and it was six hundred some dollars and I looked it up and it shouldn't have cost more than two hundred max. So I was upset with the bill and it was not running right, and I took it back, and he said it needs a major tune-up. It cost me over four hundred dollars this time. It still is not running right. It does not run right, and I spent over one thousand dollars. I did not convince him to reduce the bill it still was not right. Two strikes in a row and the car would not run right.
I CONTACTED CUSTOMER, AND OFFERED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE, AND SEE WHATS GOING ON. ANY REPAIR WE DO WE STAND BEHIND 24 MONTHS, 24000 MILES, IF SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT I WOULD FIX/REPLACE. I MUST MENTION ALL WORK DONE AT MY SHOP IS AUTHORIZED BEFORE ANY WORK IS STARTED. THIS ENDS THE NEED FOR A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, BECAUSE A VERBAL ESTIMATE IS GIVEN ON THE PHONE, AND ITS NOT COMMON PRACTICE TO WAIT FOR A CUSTOMER TO COME BACK DOWN TO THE SHOP, SIGN AN ESTIMATE, WHEN A VERBAL "OK" IS REQUIRED BY LAW. I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 14 YEARS NOW, AND DONT JUST SURPRISE PEOPLE WITH A HUGE REPAIR BILL. 2/19/2014
Those guys are good, honest, and get the job done quickly. At one time, I was a mechanic and know what is involved, and I have no problem recommending them to anyone. I said they're good and fast, you name it, and in my book, they're good as they come.
I brought the car there before and I will continue. They are prompt and fast and do not pressure you to do more. I am happy. They do the job in a reasonable amount of time and you are on your way.

The service manager was very knowledgeable about the concern I had about my vehicle. When I paid the bill the owner explained my bill was less than what was estimated. It was cheaper than what they were saying. The place was super clean and they had aprofessional attitude and were very knowledgeable.
He has always been very fair on all the work he has done. I have never had anything done wrong like at other places. I cannot say enough good about the people.
They charged me double for what they did and it was not even the problem. They did an oil change and put things on wrong and it was leaking and they did not tell me. They say they are discount but they charge double what other places charge. I just spent $780 at another place to have fixed what they did not do and did wrong.
I HAD WRITTEN ON THE CUSTOMERS ESTIMATE, OF THE ADDED NEEDED REPAIRS, AND WHEN I CALLED TO FIND-OUT WHY THERE WAS AN ISSUE, SHE HAD ALL THE RECOMMENDED WORK DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR TWICE AS MUCH AS I WOULD HAVE DONE IT, AND ESTIMATED IT. ALSO IN THE INTEREST OF SATIFYING HER, I OFFERED TO FIX HER 'BLOWN BULBS" IN HER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, COME TO FIND OUT THE PRINTED CIRCUIT WAS BAD, SO I DIDNT CHARGE HER FOR MY TIME TODAY 2/19/2014. HER ANSWER WAS IF I WOULD REPLACE BOTH HOOD SUPPORTS AT NO CHARGE PARTS AND LABOR SINCE I DIDNT "FIX" HER CLUSTER, I DECLINED. I TRY TO BE FAIR, BUT AS A PROVIDER I DONT WISH TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF EITHER.
