  I can't believe this place is still in business. They have taken down their business all over the web and now call themselves Complete Automotive repair or Carcare2100. They are all the same place and owned by the same man, Eddie Amir. They do crap work, they charge decent prices or so you think the first two or three times you come in, and believe me you will have to continue coming in... we started going there and had problems continue for so long on our vehicles, then had a problem and stopped going there and all the sudden haven't had a problem in a year and a half. Coincidence? I think not. Long story short: We dropped our F250 on a Wednesday morning to have a tuner put on, with the understanding that that was my husband's only day off of work, agreed upon price was $250... simple right? At the end of the day, they call and can't figure out what is wrong with the truck. They tell us they can start it from under the vehicle and not by ignition. Owner says: Pay my bill, I'll release the vehicle to you, you can have the vehicle fixed at Friendly Ford. We both go our seperate ways. My husband said to have Friendly Ford do the labor under contract and I will pay the bill when my truck is finished. Friendly Ford, Friday morning, calls us and tells us they can't figure it out because Discount Car Wash can't tell us what they did because they didn't have the mechanics working on it, but some kid they had employed there and he doesn't know what he did. My husband, sits in his truck, pulls out the instructions, follows them, and the truck starts right up. Friendly Ford released the vehicle to us because they did not work and had no hold they said and bc they realized we were being screwed around. My husband goes in Monday morning and Eddie hands him a jacked up bill, near a thousand dollars! My husband said no way he was paying. Eddie threatened to call the police, to hold the vehicle and charge him with Theft by Service. My husband said go ahead because his scare tactics wouldn't force him to pay a bill that was crap. Police Officer allowed my husband the truck and told Eddie to take it up in civil court. There is a reason they keep changing their name, people. Don't get taken.
