    The biggest problem I had with this shop was the constant changing of deadlines. EVERY time that I wanted to talk to anyone at the shop, I had to call them, even though they repeatedly promised to call me first. The car was in the shop for over three weeks, even though it was originally estimated to be done in about one week. At one point, I called the shop for 5 days straight only to be told that it had ANOTHER problem each time. The paint hadn't dried, the hood wasn't installed, there was not anyone working at the time, and the best excuse of all... the day that it was supposed to be done (3 weeks and 2 days in the shop), the techs opened up the new grille only to discover that they had ordered the wrong one and it would take another day to get the right part. I am so fed up with this shop that I am almost ready to refuse to pay the deductible. This is ridiculous!!! DON'T COME TO THIS SHOP!!!
