2000 Volkswagen Golf TDI

 

Question: Cold Starts

I have a 2000 VW Golf TDI and cant find a plug to keep glow plugs warm to prevent cold starts. Does anyone know if they come equipped with this option?

    Usually you had to ask for it. Some cars are pre-wired and all you need is a harness with the plug. I'd stop at a VW dealership and ask them about it. They could give you a better answer based on the VIN#.
