My 2001 9-5 SE has a cranky noise around the belt area at cold start and the noise gets louder when I turn the steering. After warming and driving a couple of minutes, there's big hum sound from engine area when the RPM drops to around 1000 from above, at red light or stop sign. After the car is fully warmed up, like 20min, all these noise are gone... What could be it?

TechnicianThis sounds like a belt problem.I recommend you get it checked and maybe leave the car overnight so the shop can here the noise.
