Drove 3 hours, then topped off tank to very top, parked car for two days, when started engine would crank slowly and the car only started after pumping gas pedal and almost turned off during this process, the more I pumped the gas pedal the more the car would recieve fuel to start,When finally started no problems afterward.Battery is 6 months old([posts clean and tight),horn and lights working before problem,5-30 oil synthetic. For two years now autostart with alarm car would not start on first try but with ignition key right away, original plugs and wires,How do I get this checked without being taken for an expensive ride by a mechanic,so many variables here.

you will need someone to trust and spend some money to determine the failure. battery, alt, basic tune up parts, fuel pressure, and coolant sensor need to be checked and verified before guessing and throwing parts at it.
