My car has 26000 miles. When cold and hard acceleration it falls flat. After warm up seems to run perfectly. Any ideas?

Sounds like when cold the engine may be getting too much air and stumbles. When it warms up, the amount of air becomes acceptable. Check for an air intake leak, a vacuum leak, an idle control valve issue. Also could be EGR related.

These are totally educated guesses - nothing replaces a good diagnosis at the car. Good luck.
