Coil Pack Blowing on 2001 Dodge Intrepid

Coil Pack Blowing on middle clylinder passenger side. Volatage reads 3 volts on the wire going to this coil pack, whle 2/10's voltage on all other packs(while engine is running)...How do I fix this???? Please Help, Thank you, Mike

Sounds like you have a voltage drop in your ignition harness. Check the voltage at the computer for this coil. Use a wiring diagram. It should be like the others. If it is, it is wiring, if it's not, it's the computer.
