A P0420 is a Catalytic Converter code, indicating that it is no longer working properly. A P01150 is a rear oxygen sensor code, this is the sensor that monitors the efficiency of the Catalytic Converter. I am stunned that it costs 1300 to fix an exhaust leak, usually that is a $50 welding job. How about a second opinion, because I don't that the dealership is explaining to you what your real problem is very clearly. here are some shops: https://repairpal.com/directory?address=29464&car_brand_names=Toyota
