Codes P420 and P1150. Do I need to replace the tailpipe and sensor? on 2001 Toyota Highlander

My car shows codes P420 and P1150 after having P1135 A/F sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 replaced. Now dealer is saying I need to replaceexhaust pipe to repair leak. Est. of repairs is 1300. Any one know about this stuff?

A P0420 is a Catalytic Converter code, indicating that it is no longer working properly. A P01150 is a rear oxygen sensor code, this is the sensor that monitors the efficiency of the Catalytic Converter. I am stunned that it costs 1300 to fix an exhaust leak, usually that is a $50 welding job. How about a second opinion, because I don't that the dealership is explaining to you what your real problem is very clearly. here are some shops:
