Replaced air filter, checked for vacuum leaks(none)and cleaned throttle body and MAF sensor, not sure where to go from there, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the cannister purge valve for sticking open. When there are fuel vapors to draw, it can make the engine too rich, when there are no vapors to draw it can make the engine too lean (vacuum leak).
