I have a service engine soon light on , so I plugged in the code readed and got a code of E3 and E4 which said o2 sensor adaption limit cyl # 1-3 4-6
Does this mean the O2 sensors off the manifolds are bad??

These codes are worthless - even just to assume anything. They are not the manufacturer's code, nor OBDII codes. I'd suggest to get a real diagnostic at a BMW specialty shop.
