Do I need to have entire torottle body replaced & at what cost or just the sensor?

    most likely. the sensor is not available by itself, that is assuming it is bad. a free code pull never identifies a bad part, just a failed system

    go to a shop and get a diag and have it confirmed before you spend 1000 for parts and labor.
