THE TRUCK JUMPS WHEN IN GEAR AND TRYING TO START, HARD TO SHIFT IN TO FIRST AND REVERSE, GRINDING WITH REVERSE, CLANCK/BANG NOISE AT HWY SPEED, AT SLOW SPEED IT SEEMS FINE, NO SLIPPING OR SMELL WONDERING IF ITS MY CLUTCH IS OUT OR ITS SOME OTHER ISSUE -

Sound like your clutch is not disengaging completely. I would also check your driveline for worn U-joints and differential for excessive backlash. -
