Question: Clutch Replacement Parts

 Rookie

I'm being told that the flywheel must be replaced at the same time as the clutch. That you cannot buy the clutch assy w/o the flywheel.

    Its a good idea to buy the complete assembly from one manufacturer AC Delco clutch kit $436 Napa $599 These are quality clutch kits and the labor is 5.6 hours to change the flywheel and clutch as you want to change everything while the trans is removed, Its a waste of money to remove the trans and not change everything while your at it.
