Clutch replacement on 2011 Chevrolet Cruze

2011 Chevy Cruze- 1st full clutch replacement at 9000 miles. Now I am being told at 31,000 miles that the clutch needs a full replacement again?? What's up with this-I have driven cars over 100,000 miles and never had to replace the clutch. HELP!! Not covered under warranty.

Will do- I am already suing GM due to issues with my 2010 Terrain. Full engine replacement at 60,000 miles. Maybe I will add this once to my claim. I don't think GM will deal with me directly because of the demand my attorney issued. Not only is this the 2nd clutch to blow but had to do a full transmission replacement at approx 20,000 miles.
