Clutch Pedal on 2000 Honda CR-V

When pushing on the Clutch, it almost goes all the way down to the floor before I can shift gears. what may be the most cost efficient procedure to request?

The most cost efficient procedure would be to replace the clutch before the gears start to grind. I'd replace the rear main (crank) seal also at this point. Zee
