clutch is slipping on 1995 Toyota Tacoma

Is there a reservoir for clutch fluid? How much SHOULD it cost for replacement?

It should be part of the Clutch Master Cylinder. List price is about $110-120 for the Master Cylinder for a factory quality unit and it takes about an hour to install, fill with fluid and then to bleed the system.
