The clutch on my truck is VERY stiff, and heavy. It was replaced 3 to 4 years ago. Ive heard I could drain a little fluid out of it. Ive also heard that it may be the clutch plate... I dont know much about a clutch, or how it works... Can anyone help?

This transmission has a miserable slave cylinder, inside the bellhousing of the transmission. It is quite prone to failure, but usually fails hydraulically and leaves you with a looser pedal that does nothing to help you shift. Your pressure plate, however, can make things more stiff, and could be the concern here. Draining fluid out of it will do nothing at all...except lower the fluid level. Sounds like a physical tear down and inspection is in order.
