Has Brake warning lite flashes during operation and a steady ABS lite at the same time,PLEASE!!! Quick easy remedy so I can take the piece of electric tape off of my cluster,I am willing to trouble shoot!! Thanks

MasterYou will need to check your regular Brake system and then the codes in your ABS system and then go from there. It could be a wheel sensor, the ABS Module or other things. Look for a good German shop to check the ABS System. Best of Luck!

bungle December 21, 2010, 14:43ReplyEnthusiastmore than likely the abs module, its a very very common problem www.passatworld.com has a thread on it lots and lots of people including me have had this.
take it off and send it off to be fixed $100-$200 its a design flaw, buy a new one and you will have this problem again, so get it fixed and put some painters tape over the flashing lights, thats what ive done.Flag ThisLike0
