2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Question: clunking under driver feet

, 5.3L V8, Suffolk, VA, September 10, 2010, 11:16

When making a left turn (usually with brakes applied) there is a clunk noise under the driver's floor that you can hear and feel with your feet. Took to the dealer and they said it was the bushings and replaced them but it didn't solve the problem. Any ideas?

Yes I would check all of your suspension and steering components i.e your ball joints, your steering box etc and if you have 4 wheel drive, then check all of your drive shaft u-joints.
