i have replaced the clutch master slave cylinder and hydraulic lines still cant get into gear when running but when off it will go in gear and will start but cant get very good pedal

Did you check the Free play at the pedal after bleeding?. Because you can get gears with the engine OFF suggests lack of clearance between the pressure plate and the driven plate. Top of clutch pedal under dash is an adjuster bar. loosen locknut and EXTEND the bar 6 flats, retry,and so on until you have a clutch pedal height (level with brake) and a smooth slide into 1st cog.
