I have a 2001 G Caravan & T&C and when the heater is on in the Dodge the passenger front blows cold air. When the AC is on in the T&C it doesnt blow on the driver side. What could cause that? What do I start replacing to start the process of elimination.

The heater is taking a very long time to warm up the van, all gauges are reading normal. The temp guage isn't rising to fast (or slow), fan motor is blowing, unit switches to/from defrost, no signs...
checked BCM for codes= none, A/C has no charge, why do all switches flash when vehicle is started, wipers work, even disconnected battery to see if it would reset no luck. any advice? thanks
