If its a load clicking sound as you take a tight turn that increases with the speed of a turn it could be a worn CV joint. Your car is front wheel drive and may have a bad CV joint which is part of the axle assemble (your car has two axles one going to each front wheel. Turn the wheel from one side to the other and see if there is grease thrown out around the either front wheel. Hyundai as a car manufacturer put a lot of free technical information and workshop manuals on line for Hyundai owners. Check out www.hmaservice.com lots of great information.
