Have a clicking noise coming from the passenger tire area that gets louder with speed. It almost resembles the sound of a pebble in the wheel cover but found nothing inside.

Have you tried driving with the wheel trim off? Any chance there is a stone caught in the tire thread? A rotational clicking sound should be easy to find but is frustrating when it is not obvious. I have found (not on a Suburban) a steel wheel that was cracked, perhaps rotate the tire and see if the noise moves to the wheel /axle you have swapped it with.
