I had the tie rod replaced last year, but the clicking sound on the left front wheel continued. What could this problem be?

Can you be more descriptive? Does it happen when turning, driving straight, accelerating, stopping?

The clicking is mostly anytime the car is moving. It clicks louder the faster the car goes. I sometimes will hear clicking when I am in reverse but not always. It almost sounds like when you had a bike as a kid and put the plastic thing in the spokes to make the clicking noise.

Does the noise go away when braking? If you have hubcaps, remove it and see if anything changes. I suspect a CV Joint, but your answers to the questions above could change that.

sounds like a bad cv joint, usually the outer will click while turning, check for a broken boot as a dead give away

I had the same problem, it is the plastic "hubcaps" on the wheels. try taking them off and driving, you will hear a difference!
