Question

I have a clicking noise in the front end of my car, when I turn, was told it was my cv joints, had them replaced, still had the noise, told it was wheel bearing on passenger side front, had them replaced... still have the noise, now I'm being told it may be the differential(transmission) HELP, Please tell me what it could be!! I have put alot of money in my car already.

The cv axle shafts and bearings sound like good guesses. Did you have a shop check it or a friend guess at it? Recommend trans shop roadtest and see what they say.

Thank you, for the reply. I had a mechanic look at it and he took it to a transmission shop across the street and they said it was the differencial, but do I have to get a different transmission or can they just fix the differential

That would have to be determined after removal and teardown to see the problem.
