Question: clicking noise in van

Van makes clicking noise when driving @ highway speeds, and then mysteriously dissappears, and when you listen for it again; you can't hear it, and the clicking noise happens periodically!

  have the front axles checked for the boots torn and all the grease leaking out causing joint failure.

• changed motor new motor back fires & lacks power
  ...e from tranny side that makes it pop & back fire. it realy lacks power. computer scan comes up p0118. used all sensors from right off van that ran good before.
